Question About Duplex Deal, Cash Back
Trying to see if I have this figured out correctly and if this is even legal or possible. I want to buy a duplex for 67,500 and I do need 10% down. Is there any possible way instead of lowering the asking price to 60750, is there a way to say I want to purchase the property for 67500 with 10% back at closing? If so how does the money change hands and how do I use this 10% cash back as my 10% down payment? Hope that makes sense.
