Question About Claasification "B"
I was looking at a 2 family home in new york. It had stated to be in classification B. What exactly does that mean? Is that like Grade A or Grade B? Any information on this is appreciated. Thank you.
Class A would be like new in upscale area
Class B would be middle to upper middle class still mot too old probably
Class C blue collar maybe 20 year old property
These are of course dependant on person describing property and area
