Put Up Collateral And Look For Co-signer?
Has anyone ever heard of looking for investment partner or co-signer to qualify for loan by putting up my free and clear house as collateral along with someone elses good credit to compensate for our less than stellar credit and income statements? Maybe offering % of profit or very high interst rate,etc.? Is that possible or am I starting to come up with ideas that are too bizarre? Thanks.
