Put An Offer For A Condo In Sammamish, WA.
Hi again everyone! I have another deal going on right now. Please let me know what you think: Location of this brand new condo is on the Sammamish Plateau, a very nice area in Washington. It is a new build with 4 phases. I just tied up the last 3bd, 2.75 ba 1550sq ft. top level 2 fireplace, with cascade view, attached 2 car garage. This unit is the last one in phase 1 of 4. locked price @ 296k. Phase 2 just opened up @ 330k same exact unit specs except 50sq ft larger. Builder is giving me total of $8500 credit for closing or upgrades. This is what I plan to do...live in the unit for at least 6-12mo. , rent it out before the HOA votes 80% owner occupied, 20% renters. (It's only 1/3 sold right now). I guess my question is, did I get a good deal? and how easy will it be to rent then flip this condo, and of course make big $$$$$.....Thank You for your feedback!
