Purchasing Mortgage Notes At A Discount
A lot of people go after short sales but I understand that financial institutions will sell the actual note (not the property) at a discount and they prefer this method.
Can someone tell me how one goes about purchasing the note? Are you contacting a Loss Mitigator or someone else in another unit?
What do you ask them when you want to purchase the note at a discount?
Any information would be helpful. I understand that Donna Bauer sells a program for about $599. I do not have that kind of money right now.
Yeah, Donna does and I have taken her class.
Private Message me or email me (under profile) and I will see what I can come up with. I haven't done it yet on the discounting side, but I have been itching to read the stuff I paid $599 for

Ouch, that is expensive.
I just spent $14.95 to become a certified broker associate. Granted, I'm not investing notes --- not yet, only referring them to a financial company on a commission basis.
Does this Donna person have any cheaper material available?
