Puerto Rico Owner And Lis Pendens
I recently got word of a property in Lis Pendens. The owner lives in Puerto Rico. The language thing is not a problem because I have a friend who speaks spanish. However the only contact number I have is a fax number.
any ideas on how to pull this off ? Never done a pre-forclosure before. From reading these threads and from books I could fumble through Pre- forclosure but this seems a bit different? I do have pay off amount and know how much the property is worth
