i have seen many people say not to give the seller any money until they move. what if they need money to move? also how do you make sure after you sign a purchase contract and get a short accepted that the seller will still sell to you?
If they have no money take them to the truck rental place and pay the deposit on the truck in cash. When the truck is loaded and the house is empty give them the remainder of the money as agreed. Cash for keys,then change the locks.
