Protection Of Fees / Commissions

I am in the process of putting a buyer (private investor) together with seller in a large real estate development project. The sellers are actually assigning their rights to a property they have under contract.



I am working through the investor(s) broker, providing them with the due diligence the sellers have compiled during their contract period.



My question is how do I insure my fee? What sort of agreement / contract do I need? and with who (investor(s)?, Investor(s) broker, or the sellers)?

    Record a memorandum of agreement which spells out how much your fee wiil be, and all the basic terms and conditions of the contract between you the investor and the seller.
