These amounts will be credited back on the HUD 1 statement and the bank sees it as well. No fraud, clean deal. Also can set up a Credit line, pay cash and then refinance using appraisal after holding period prearranged with your own bank.

If you would call the agent on the phone and get them to verify the deal that he helped set up, and just happened to record that conversation, I bet your next conversation with him would be very interesting when you promised to share that info. with his broker and the board.
