Prosective Tenants
buying a three family in New Hampshire.what is the best formula or income ratio when picking a tenant. My other question is my lawyer say's that I'm better off letting the tenants handle the snow shovelling ,less liability.. But this doesn't seem to be agood idea either ,what if they don't do a good job? How about getting a contractor, making sure he has insurance. suggestions please.
