anyone know of a good propery manager in syracuse , new york
I outsource everything. It is more expensive, but, outsourcing allows me to leverage my time and energy into more productive activities.
Yeah, that makes sense. Is it also true that you can deduct some amount of the cost of the repairs from your taxes, or take them as a "loss"?
Some items you can deduct form your cost basis at resale and some you can deduct as maintenance annually. Check with your accountant for the list of items for both categories...
can anyone else help me out here?
Here is the craigslist direct link to apartments in new jersey: http://newjersey.craigslist.org/apa/
