$7 Million for Rental & Utility Assistance/Virtual Information Meeting 6:30 TONIGHT

With $7million being offered by Guilford County for rental & utility assistance, we want to help our city's residents with accessing these critical resources.

For that reason, Resilience High Point (RHP), in collaboration with Guilford County & City of High Point governments, will hold a virtual information meeting this evening at 6:30pm to ensure High Point residents are prepared to adequately complete and submit their applications for assistance. RHP Chairman Dr. Patrick Harman and I will moderate a panel discussion that will include:

DHHS Director - Heather Skeens

DSS Deputy Director - Sharon Barlow

County Commissioner - Carlvena Foster

County Commissioner - James Upchurch.

They will answer a series of predetermined questions as well as those provided by attendees/viewers via Zoom chat and/or social media comments. Residents from the High Point community can participate by registering for the meeting using the link below and can also view the live stream on the City of High Point's Facebook and YouTube pages.

Please share this very important event with those in your network. We want to try and reach as many as possible with this information and try to provide much needed support to our community in this time of great need.
