Storage Rates For Belongings After Eviction
How much do you charge for daily storage if tenant is evicted by sheriff and leaves his furniture in house. In Las Vegas you are obligated to store belongings for 30 days to give the tenant a chance to claim it back. If I leave it in the house, how much should I charge. If I send it to a storage company - does anyone know a good one in Las Vegas. Thanks.
IMHO - If their income is enough and their references and job check out then consider the rental.
Bankruptcy is one piece of the whole picture.
