Stopping Vandalism
I have a property in a bad area of Orlando that has been vandalized badly during a vacancy. They ripped out wiring and copper piping for scrap.
I am debating whether to fix it, take a big loss, or shortsale.....but my question here is how can I protect my property till I can get a tenant in there? Do you think a monitoring security service would help? Any ideas would be much appreciated.
