Property Management Software
I am looking for property management software, and would like to know if there are any favorites out there. Also, any I should not buy. I would like it to be able to hold unlimited properties and user friendlyless is a plus. I own or control only about 8 units now. But plan on expanding that by an average of 2 units per month or more in 2004. Thanks!

I used RentRight and didn't care for it since it is very limited in the financial reports it generates. I wanted more accounting features. I found a really good "system" to make QuickBooks work. Check out http://www.assets101.com/Products/Bookkeeping/Bookkeeping.htm . This is called "The Creative Real Estate Investor's Guide to Bookkeeping" and is basically an instruction manual that shows you how to make QuickBooks work for all types of CREI.....flips, landlording, paper, etc. Kind of pricey, but well worth it!
