Need Advice On How To Becoming A Receiver For Troubled Props
I am in the fee-management business and specialize in multi-family properties. I am trying to get in on the REO and Receiver properties that the banks and lending institutions often find themselves having to deal with.
Does anyone have advice on how to market to the folks that make the decisions on these types of properties, and, how I would go about becoming one of the people they think of to call when they need help running these properties.

I firmly believe in the developing personal relationships. I would do my research in the banking and lending institutions on which departments handle the reo's and attempt to call or write them on official company letterhead of your capablities or present achievements your company have accomplished recently. Also, i would get out to your local rei club meetings and obtain membership and advise the members of your interest in those fields. thanks. happy investing.
