Mortgage Insurance
the Mortgage Company sent me a notice that there was a shortfall on my payments on a investment SFR and that they were increasing my monthly note $20.00 a month. I noticed that they have been charging $50.00 per month for Mortgage Insurance-PMI. I have two other houses that I dont believe I am paying this. I bought this property 6 months ago. I thought in Texas that you did not have to carry it. Anyone know?
