Lease Expired Tenant Stays
tenant stays after one year lease expired two months ago.
should I give hime 3 day notice and evict as normal for no pay rent or can I prosecute him as trespassing?
which is easier, legalwise?, different time is not important, I just would like to get him out of my life with an easy process.
I think in a few states the Lease may renew for the full term.
