How Much Should I Expect To Pay?

I have several single and multi family units and would like to have them serviced by a property management firm, how much should I expect to pay, or rather what is a fair price for services that I should negotiate to?
As always, it depends.
Write out what specifically you want them to do. Then as k them if there is anything else you should consider and ask them to quote it.
Research them as you wouls any company you intend to do business with long term.
And find a referral from someone in the area.
I have heard 10% of rents but have never heard discussed what they do for that.

With multiple properties in easy to rent areas it is sometimes possible to get as low as 5%, I have heard- but 10% seems to be pretty standard, and does not include repair costs.
