GROUP HOME ????
Ive been approached by a Start Up group home company to buy a 4/2 bath house and lease it to them. They have no interest in the home. It would be a long term lease (3 yr to start). It must have a commercial grade fire alarm system and they proposed we split the cost(3K) each. That seemed out of the question to me.Questions are; Would anybody split something like that? Should the lease rates be in line with a residential rate or commercial rates or something in between?
