Frustrated
I am trying to buy a few more houses in Ohio for rentals but I am frustrated. I keep reading about the big foreclosure mess and that it is particularly bad in this area, yet I am not seeing the great deals that I would expect. Will those houses be coming on the market a year from now? Why do the banks wait until the pipes are frozen and broken and the elements have done their damage to offer the great prices?
I saw a report yesturday about that very thing and all they could say is that those percantages may be correct but the actual number of forclosures is not correct.
The great deals come from the actual foreclosures and not the new predictions. We must think outside the box and use the system to our advantage guys.
