Eviction Notice -added Detail

When delivering a 7-day Demand for Possession, which states only the total amount of rent owed, should I include another page showing the amounts (previous month, current month, late charges) that add up to that total?

Also, if I accept partial payment, should I state on the receipt that I will once again issue a 7-day notice if the agreed-on terms are not met?

Thanks,
Frank

    Glad to help!
    Good luck.

P.S. Be sure to get that book I mentioned if you are going to continue to be a landlord in the future. It has a chapter on finding good tenants and has free NY landlord forms on CD.[ Edited by d_random on Date 06/16/2005 ]

I would have no problem with taken a little hit like that heck it was vacant for 3 months. Consider it this way if it was vacant for another month how much would he had lost and compare that to the little less in rent he is going to make for the next year. Just my thought...

As long as your rental increase going to pay back your investment, I say make the repairs. You must remember in multi units there are rent anlysis. Your rent charge actually help your prperty value. SO do your thing. Your getting 1200 for what used to be 525. Whats the problem.
