Eviction Judgement Reconveyance
Anyone had any experience with recording a reconveyance against an eviction judgement? I went through the entire eviction process with a tenant and in front of the sheriff's deputy during the forcible eviction, the tenant comes up with all the due rent, court costs and everything that was charged against him. Now he wants to stay. He is not a bad tenant, just does not communicate well with me was slow pay. Previously he had paid okay.
Of course now he has a judgement against him and would like to show via the courts, that it had been paid in full. I would assume that this would require some sort of reconveyance filed with the county.
If anyone has experience in this area I would sure like to hear from them.
