Converting A Four Family Into Condominiums
I own a 4 family unit in columbus ohio. Recently I went on the auditors web site and looked at the taxes I am paying and the taxes paid on nearby properties. It appears that they are divided into condominiums, and for some reason are paying much less in taxes despite the fact that the properties are identical. I pay $5200 on the my 4 family unit, whel they are paying $1100 on a single unit.
Would it be worth it to convert my unit to condominiums?
