Any Ideas On Forms To Use On Discounted For Automatic Rental Payments
Just wondering if anyone would have a good form, or could write one up. I want to give my tenants like a 5.00 rental discount if they use automatic payment through their checking account but I need the contract to say something in there if there is unsufficient funds and the automatic withdrawal could not be done, then I would probably need to charge them the 5.00 discount and maybe a insufficient funds fee? Any ideas or a good contract I could use for this? Thanks.
Also another question, anybody have any ideas on a letter I could send to my current tenants letting them know of a 5.00 discount if they switch to automatic payment?
You could offer a discount to everyone that pays by the 1st and then say how it is such a wonderful way to ensure they get that discount every month by signing up for automatic payment.
