I am sure every state is different, so you need to check the rules in your state. I bought John Beck's $50 info, so I have the info on all 50 states. I can fax or mail you info on the state in question. In MO, they have tax auctions for 3 years. After the 3rd year is when you can finally get the property, but only after you do your homework and notify all interested parties, and give them I think it 30 or 90 days to come forward with the money. If not, it' s yours for the cost of the back taxes!
