How do I find out who owns a home if I don't have anything except the address?

    You have several options. Use an online database (the county's or a non-governmental one). You can also go to the county courthouse.

    Find a title co and they can give you all the info you seek.

    The county clerks office will give you the last owners name and last known address. That may or may not give you a new location for them. If that person turns out to be deceased, you can find info out on his/her death through death records.... this is just one of many senarios you may encounter. 8-)

    Go to the Tax Assessors office in your locaal court hourse. Find out who is paying the taxes. Uncle Sam always gets his money.
