Property Managment Software
I just purchased a 53 unit building, and want to buy property managmetn software for the building as well as for starting my own property managment company. I know about Yardi (its real expense), and reviews on tenant pro are not very good. Can anyone offer any recommendations, of good user friendly software.
Look into the products made by RealPage. They have Rent Roll, HUD Manager, One Site (which is a good web based program) and others.
