Property Management Firm

HEEEELLLPPP! I am unable to purchase a cash flow monster in Waterloo, Iowa because my Realtor is unable to locate a property management firm! I live in Colorado, but have selected this Midwest location as an area of interest.
Colorado Multi-Families are ok from a Cash Flow sense, but North Eastern Iowa is better! Can anyone help?

I'd be surprised if you couldn't find one on your own by using www.switchboard.com or www.google.com
Try calling other realtors, other apartment complexes there, real estate layers, title companies, mortgage brokers.
Don't wait around for your realtor to do it.
