Property Lead
Can someone get paid for just referring a property to an investor, and letting them do all the work? Or do bird-dogs need to get involved and get a contract? What do most bird-dogs do?[ Edited by b1a2 on Date 07/17/2004 ]
I would pay for a good lead in my area on a property that I closed on..
I am sure that others would too.
