Property Evaluation Software
I am wondering if any body knows of a software that allows you to determine the amount you shall offer for a property?
A software that computes all the information for you as well as show you the total return on investment. Additionally, a calculator that allows you to give you an idea on the cost of financing of the acquisition or present a couple of acquisition option including a rental analysis cash flow.
Any help will be appreciated.

Ya, its called EXCEL.... everheard of it... Not to hard and will do anything you tell it to do.... All these expensive calculators that you see for sale are based off of it.... Also... go into Tools on this site and plug your numbers in.. it will tell you your ROI and all you need to know... Did i mention its free to use?
