Proper Place To Post?
Hi,
I am a newish real estate investor. To this point I have only been involved in purchasing single family homes and duplexes. I feel I have a grasp of valuing these types of properties; being a programmer I have also been able to put those valuation formulas into a spreadsheet to help.
I am now looking at some bigger properties, 6-10 units, and the formulas I have been using never seem to like anything I put in there from a deal standpoint.
So this is a long winded way of introducing myself and asking -- If I wanted to post some of the properties I have been trying to analyze (1) would it be appropriate? (2) Which area of the forum would be the most appropriate?

Multi-family is good if you just want help with the analysis- if you want help with the deal put it in "Deals in Progress".
