Prop Mgr Breach Of Contract
I have been struggling with my property manager in a remote state. She has gained far too many properties (primarily investors I have referred to her) and she is now severly falling down on her responsibilities. I have a 60-day out clause in my contract BUT she just spent more than our agreed upon amount without approval from me. I hate to consult an attorney but it appears (and various knowledgeable people have told me) that this breaches our contract and, therefore, voids the contract. Consequently, all of my properties are under one contract so it would make it really easy for me to move my properties to another manager. Does anyone have experience with this? Advice?
