  Where are the properties? Don't need exact addresses, just the area locations.

  Thanks for your help and I will do a search to see if I can find your previous note. The properties are all in the city of Buffalo but they are scattered around the city (some North -- U of Buffalo -- some west -- Buff State). Thanks again for your help.

  My partner and I own a lot of properties in Buffalo and after having a property manager let them go for months, we decided to take charge. We formed our own group there with me managing the operations and we have two men in Buffalo that manage the maintenance and tenant placement. Things are turning around and looking so much better!
  
  We also have a small investors group here in San Jose. Most of us have properties in Buffalo. Some of us have properties in TX, NV & WA as well. Send me an email if you are interested in joining our group (no cost as it is primarily for networking, etc.).
