Profiting From Sheriff Sales
Can you all help clarify something for me? I was told that a viable way to get deals on REO's was to contact banks immediately after the sheriff sale of a particular property and make an offer if the property has been bought back by the bank. If this is true, how can I identify what property is up for sheriff sale on what date? Will I have to have the cash in a 24-hour period of time if the bank accepts my offer?
Does this even work? Is there anyone out there doing this and are successful at it?
