I will be attending a "boot camp" with the above referenced flks on March 20th & 21st.
If you have heard of John Peterson and his company - Profitable Porperty - please give me an overview of what you have discovered. I'm hoping this venture will help me to get off the ground with my investing.

I haven't attended one of his bootcamps but I know others who have. They have said that it was very informative. It gave them the basic foundation for determining costs of renovations. You go to one of the properties he has under renovation and he teaches you from beginning to end on how they purchased the property, do the analysis, renovate, then get it ready to sale.
He has done over 300 homes in the DC area. He is the president of the washington reia network group. He was the vice president prior to Ernie Kessler's passing last year.
I think you will learn a lot from John and you will tap into a network for hard money lending, motivation, and advance creative real estate investing.
