A HELOC can work wonders
just like my CPA
when I buy with Freddy Mac
Or with Fannie Mae

I bought a PUD below It's ARV
I use OPM and let it work for me!
To buy my SFR's
I use a CFD
and for a CYA (Asset)
I use an LLC

I hang on TCI it's the place to be
networking with other REI's like me
I can buy from REOs
with low LTV
I sell on a 1031
or rent covers PITI

I can buy from HUD and buy subject to
If you use OPT others work for you
Everything I own I paid less than FMV
and using careful planning I get paid TAX FREE!

So if you under stand this alphabetic slew
chances are very good that you're an investor too
