Problem!

Seems there is a firm here in Houston going around signing all the deeds away from houses in foreclosure before anyone can get to them

they are called Barrett,Burke,Wilson,Castle,Daffin & Frappier LLP

They are trustee for almost every property in NOD in the city. Anyone familiar with the game they are playing? Could you explain how the single investor can get in the mix??

Get the foreclosure listing befor them and get out there. THey are just getting the deed first. They are just investors just like you.

You can do it!!! Find out how they are advertizing and copy or ask old owners how they were contacted.

We work with Barrett, Burke, et al, quite frequently in our Loss Mitigation business and we basically use the same tactics except for the fact that I am dead set against homeowners deeding anything over to anyone but the mortgagee. If you purchase the Roddy report here in Dallas, you can find out who the Trustee or Sub-Trustee is, contact the Mortgagor and do the deal yourself, first come, first serve.
