Probate Properties
I have a question about probate properties. I found a list of them at the county courthouse but i'm not sure what I do after that. I want to contact the heirs of the deceased in order for them to sell me the probate property that was left to them. Do I mail out letters to the homes of the deceased? Or do I have to contact the heir who now has the deed to the probate property. What happens if I mail out letters to the probate properties, do they get forwarded somewhere else? Help, please...
(I know these have nothing to do with foreclosures but i figured you're still dealing with the same type of people, distressed homeowners)
A friend just gave me a used course called probate profit profit machine by scott rister. You can find it on eBay I've listened to the beginning of one cd so far and it's informative. He mentions contacting the personal representative or executor of the estate. I believe notices are advertised in the legal papers also. You should get a course.
thanks arbolis, i'll definately do that
