Probate Process?
I am aware of the probate process regarding; wills, death in the family, and the estate they leave behind. But, what I don't know is how to exactly go about purchasing the property. I'm thinking all you have to do is contact the gaurdian of the estate, but I'm assuming its more to it than that. If anyone out there knows about flipping a property already in probate or before it goes to probate court, please enlighten me with your knowledge. Thanks.
