www.martindalehubbell.com is what you want to find every lawyer in every state, and those lawyers in every state in every specialty like probate, divorce, etc.
And every county courthouse law library in the USA has the actual big bound books with this info...just ask the law librarian where to find the Martindale Hubbell Directories.
Local Bar Associations have a referral service, sorted by the type of case. In Baltimore County, go to http://www.bcba.org
Most also have a list of attorneys to consult without charge, if you qualify. If you don't, you'll still get a knowledgeable referral. Go to "pro bono" lists:
