Private Placement Memorandums And LLC
Securities Laws, Rules, Regulation and Information.
I’m a sophisticate Investor/Developer, and I’m ready to build a legacy ( The International Venture Capital Group) and I’ve been reading and searching about the Private Placement Memorandums and LLC. Also I’ve been reading about the Federal Cases all over USA.
I’m interesting in getting to know people that had done this in the past (as PPM or LLC) debts, equities or shares.
Also if anybody got samples of PPM and other info that I can read. I got a pretty good Idea and how this work but I’ll like to discus with all of you HERE experiences and Future Details Raising Capital as PPM or LLC.
Please Lets Talk and I will take advices and Ideas.

You probably already know this but clear and detailed event documention is your best friend in arbitration. You cannot have too much.
