Priority Of Condo Association Liens (NJ)
I came across a foreclosure condo advertised for Sheriff’s Sale. 1st mortgage is closing. There is also condo association claim for unpaid common charges on the title. The question is, if I will be the successful bidder, do I need to pay the full amount of association’s charges or only six moths of them? I am not clear how it works in NJ.
