Princess Properties

I'm wondering if anyone else has attended a princess properties real
estate seminar. I believe that they are currently only in the bay
area and now expanding to L.A.

I recently came back from their 2-day seminar and I thought it was
excellent. They didn't try to push any expensive materials or
anything else that would cost thousands of dollars. And I did learn a
lot about basic real estate, negotiating, and foreclosures.

There were two ways to get involved. Becoming an investor or trainee.
An investor would invest money into their deals and get a return. A
trainee would train with them (which was free), pick up the trade, to
eventually become partners and open franchises. He promises with the
training that you could make a lot of money but its also very very
hard work!!! (which would only make sense) It would 5 days a week,
for 3 weeks, for close to 12 hours a day. It seems like a really good
business plan/idea and overall the whole seminar seemed legit.
Wondering what other experiences others have had with them. Thanks!

I would advise you to look at another foreclosure forum in this website that also deals with Princess Properties by Niceguy. Just go to forums, click on advanced search and write down "Princess". You'll be surprised!

When and where did you go to the seminar ?
I have been investigating Princess Properties
I have met some of their people.

Here is my opinion The owner of the company is very aggressive and pretty rude at least he comes across that way but he surrounds himself with very competent people. They know the laws well but I am not sure they follow them in all cases. I see alot of potential in them but also they could end up shooting themselves in the foot if they aren't carefull. Presently there is a woman in Los Angeles who has a case against them I have read all her posts but I am still not sure if she has anything
    to pin on them.
You can learn alot from them but keep your eyes open and familiarize yourself with the law in reguard to "equity purchasers"

since you are close maybe we can talk
    if you want to
