the best way to get in touch with sellers would be to keep your advertising a little more local, ie newspapers, bandit signs etc...
you probably know this since you seem like you might have some experience but if you want to help the troubled homeowner, it would help if you posted your contact info, some way for them to reach you.....also, we frown upon advertising in these here parts so consider this a warning i guess.... other than that
Gosh, didn't we just go thru this with the guy called remax??? For the wannabe investors or realtors that visit this site and think they are going to make a buck---read the rules posted plain and clear---no advertising---pay for a newspaper ad like the rest of the serious investors do.
If you think you have something to offer that you haven't read here---if you even bothered to read any of the articles or forums---then write an article and place it in the articles section. Seems to me any educated person would be able to figure that out.

Thank you John,
Kinda gets my hackles up with these people looking for a free ride---not respecting or even obseving the common courtesy rules. This is a community and should be treated as such.
Thanks for all you do for us all,
Mel
Well I'm new and have noticed this kind of thing in a few other posts. I like the way it is handled. I am glad to see that I can get info off of someone who is not looking to make money from the others who post here. So far I find this a very informative and well run site.
Hi DG,
Welcome to TCI!!!
Yes, you said it---you won't find a friendlier more helpful group anywhere!
Hope you are studying the archives in the forums and the articles!!! Such great stuff for FREE---yes some free stuff does have true value!!
All the best to you!

Your credibility here is about zilch. You provide no background, and no information in your profile.
You posted another message about "cleaning" credit scores. I'd be willing to bet it's by using an EIN to try and establish a new credit history, for a hefty price to you of course. Not only is this unethical and stupid because it's a waste of time, (you'll spend more time building a new score) it's ILLEGAL. If you're touting something ILLEGAL, it sort of kills your credibility. Care to explain further what on earth you're proposing?
Soooooo, unless you're willing to provide proof of your fantabulous, wonderful salvation for newbies like me and the "so-called" experts, I think you're spewing hot air.
If you're in this for the good of others, and expect nothing in return, then POST YOUR DAMNED MIRACLE INFO instead of baiting people into corresponding through email. How do we "find the truth" if YOU DON'T GIVE IT TO US??
How do you buy with no money down? If I have a pre-forecolsed property, how do I obtain it if I don't have perfect credit or have too much debt. Debt- to -ratio was used. Also i want to purchase this property but I need to find a lender who will approve me. Help

If you learn the process of buying "Subject to" then you don't need money OR credit and you never need a lender. Thanks for the info

Hey REMAX, err, sorry, RussRealEstate,
Your credibility here is about zilch. You provide no background, and no information in your profile.
You posted another message about "cleaning" credit scores. I'd be willing to bet it's by using an EIN to try and establish a new credit history, for a hefty price to you of course. FeleciaGreggs,
No money down doesn't mean there is no money in the deal. It's just not YOUR money. Sometimes you beg borrow or steal.
If you learn the process of buying "Subject to" then you don't need money OR credit and you never need a lender.
