Preforeclosure Help
Hi everyone. I need help Im having brain farts. I am a newbie to preforeclosures and I just had someone to call me about they a N.O.D and need help. I told them let me see what I can do. Could anyone please provide some input on the process and forms that I need. All I know from them basically is that the original balance was 99k but the current mortgage is about 65k. Only 1st mortgage. any inputs PLEASE HELP!!! 
are you dealing with the bank that is foreclosing, or the people in foreclosure?

Thx for the replies. I guess you could say I need a walk through. I've only spoken with the homeowners.
