Preforclosure And Forclosure Lists ?
I currently subscribe to Realtytrac.
Whats a better way of getting these preclosure and forclosure lists?
One more thing, all i see on realty track is single family homes
is it uncommen to find multi family properties like duplexes, triplexes, etc on these lists?
I just closed on a subject to deal and when talking to the title company(escrow officer) he told me that he receives foreclosure lists on the 15th of every month because his company subscribes to the listing, and that he will starting sending them to me from now on if I would like(for free). Of course, I agreed. So, another alternative is to build rapport with a title company. They may have some of these type of lists. Just my 2 cents. Any other pointers out there?
