Preconstruction And The END USER

I hate to be a naysayer but you must be carefull with all this new preconstruction. When the building gets close to closing and the investors cant close you will see a drop in prices in some developments(most). To get maximum appreciation invest in one or two units, close on them, furnish, hold a year and see your profit margins raise tremendously! This all if the Baby Boomers have not already bought there unit in preconstruction. They watch CNN and surf the internet too if they have a million dollars to plop down on a second home.
