Pre-screening Tenant/Buyers
Can anyone recommend a good form for pre-screening Tenant/Buyers? I have a very good one for talking to Seller's, but I need one to pre-screen my Tenant/Buyers so that I know I am doing it right. Carol 
There is no way that I know of to pre-screen (is pre-screen even a word? ) tenants. You need to get a good renter's application with the wording to allow you to get a credit report. Verify what they put down, ie their addresses, work history, bank accounts, etc. Pick the best one.
