Pre/post Foreclosure?
Which market do most of you work? Helping homeowners in distress get out of a property quickly, or helping the bank offload it after they take it back? Why do you work in that particular market? What is good (and not-so-good) about it?
It just depends on what deals some along, what catches the eye, and has good numbers.
I have done a lot of REO's. Nothing particulary creative there, and I have to use my creidt o get loans in my name.
I am wanting to be more creative, and have less in my name.
It seems the more mortgages you have on proerties, the harder they are to get.
